Eat more Vegetables and Fruits
Eat
more vegetables, especially green colored vegetables. Not only are vegetables
part of a healthy diet, some vegetables also have cancer-fighting properties,
especially cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and
cabbage; they contain a group of chemicals called glucosinolates, which are
associated with certain anti-cancer effects.
There
are many other cancer-fighting vegetables, such as tomatoes, eggplant, and gobo
root. More details are shown in Chapter
5 of my book, IS CANCER IN US.
